October 21, 1929 – August 5, 2004

President and permanent member of the Institute of Public Accountants Authorized of the Dominican Republic.
For many years professor of the Autonomous University of Santo Domingo, in the Faculty of Economic Sciences, and of the O & M University.
First director of the School of Accounting, a position that he held for several years, where he created the cost textbook in that faculty.
Founding partner of the society of audit firms.
Chairman of the Committee on Principles of Auditing Standards and Procedures.
Director of the Magazine of the Accountant.
In addition ,held important public positions, such as undersecretary of State for Finance, headed the Monetary Board of the Central Bank of the Dominican Republic.
May 17, 2005, he was awarded the Juan Pablo Duarte Award for Excellence of the Accountant in its first version.
Member of the literary and artistic community of the country, having published, six books of poetry, literary and artistic criticism and studies on the Dominican man, his culture and popular religiosity.
